You’re probably wondering, what on earth… she uses pollen as a topping? Well, not quite the kind that floats in the air & makes you sneeze if you have allergies. We’re talking bee pollen, an antioxidant-rich powerhouse & superfood with so many health benefits. I always describe it as “honey on steroids”… in other words, it has all the benefits of honey amplified in a more potent & concentrated form.
