  • What’s in the box?

    It’s always a surprise! You’ll receive 8-12 healthy items (snacks, wellness products, beauty and more). The box is valued at minimum $80 including shipping. Seasonal Subscription box is vegan friendly.

  • When will I get my box?

    Your first box will ship within 2 weeks of your order being processed. It can take 2-7 business days for the box to arrive once it has shipped. You will then be charged on the same date every 3 months and will receive each box in 3 month intervals.

  • Can I buy just one box?

    Our boxes are available as a subscription. We recommend you try our Seasonal subscription, which you can cancel anytime. Or visit our Gift Box section for 1-time purchases.

  • When will I be billed?

    Our subscriptions are billed once every 3 months on the same date every 3 months (the day that you signed-up). The 1 year pre-paid subscriptions are one time payments and do not renew automatically.

  • What is our cancellation policy?

    All pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your seasonal subscription at anytime. If you cancel your box after a payment has gone through, you will still receive that box, but the cancellation will start the following season. Example: Your seasonal subscription payment went through on December 5th for the Winter box. You then cancelled your subscription on December 30th. You will still receive the Winter box because the payment went through, but you will no longer be billed moving forward.
