Why incorporate Chlorophyll in your morning routine

I love chlorophyll and I have recently added it to my daily morning routine. Water can get quite boring when you’re drinking a lot of it and the chlorophyll adds a taste that I enjoy. It also has great benefits. You can jazz it up by adding some lemon and ginger. See for yourself!

Chlorophyll is the element found naturally in green vegetables and plants that makes them green. It has a bunch of vitamins, antioxidants and therapeutic properties that make it a great supplement to add to your daily routine.

Chlorophyll

It’s an internal deodorant

I can’t do much in the morning before brushing my teeth. I think we all experience that feeling of waking up with a dry mouth and unpleasant morning breath. Adding Chlorophyll to my lemon water not only makes me feel more awake, but it’s also a great way to help you feel fresh and clean.

The health benefits

There is no proof that it helps cure cancer or that it heals you from sickness, but it has good potential to help you neutralize free radicals as it’s high in antioxidants. It helps detox your body (Especially the one we have in the Spring Box that has Charcoal).

It gives you energy

It’s naturally what it does for plants. It absorbs the energy from the sun to give it back to the plants. It kind of does the same thing for us. You’ll likely feel more energized after drinking it from the nutrients it gives you.

Like with any supplement, it’s always best to consult your doctor before consuming it and always take in moderation - following the instructions on the bottle. It says you can take 1 TBS in your water 2-3 times per day, but I'm content with taking 1 TBS first thing in the morning with a squeeze of lemon and a slice of fresh ginger. It hydrates and wakes up my body and I feel ready to take on the day.
