Summer is here and I really love adding seasonal fruit to my smoothies and I also love adding fruit to my salads as well.
I created two recipes that I really love and that are so refreshing for the summer.
One is a lovely Berry Smoothie that is delicious and filling and the other is a fruit salad with a lovely light dressing that will be posted soon!
(In a blender add and mix)
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
- 1tbs 100% Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Flax seeds
- 1 Cup Orange juice
- 1 tbs of Molkosan Berry (from the July box!)
