We made some Pumpkin & Chocolate Chip Oat Bars last night and didn't use the whole can of pumpkin. Soooo... I decided to make myself a smoothie with the rest this morning. Little did I know, it would end up being one of the most delicious smoothies i've ever made. I know it's typical for Fall and everyone is sharing pumpkin recipes, but I don't care! You need this in your life!
This recipe makes 1 large smoothie. You can make it vegan by replacing the Greek Yogurt with Coconut culture or any other vegan alternative to yogourt. Just be sure to choose something unsweetened. Blend following ingredients and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk (or any nut milk)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
