I’m so excited Summer is here. During the hot summer days I like having a refreshing snack that is healthy and nutritious for my family.
I love making yogurt pops especially with red raspberries. Red Raspberries contain strong antioxidants such as Vitamin C.
I’m excited to share my recipe with you and I hope you try it out. You can use any yogourt you like for this recipe.
I also added Chia Seeds and my children don’t usually eat them unless they are in the yogurt pops or smoothies.
Chia seeds are very nutritious and loaded with fiber, protein and Omega-3 fatty acids.
My children really love how colourful and delicious these Raspberry Yogurt pops are. It makes me so happy to see them enjoying fresh and healthy snacks.
They are truly delicious and refreshing!
Ingredients (makes 8 frozen pops):
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Cup raspberries
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
Directions:
Blend the yogurt and raspberries until smooth. Then add the chia seeds and mix. Pour into the pop moulds. Freeze and enjoy!
