  • What’s in the box?

    You’ll receive 8-12 healthy items (snacks, skincare, vitamins and more) and a mix of samples and full-size products in every box. Products can be vegan, gluten-free, eco-friendly, biodegradable, made in Canada, non GMO, organic, fairtrade, with no preservatives, natural or cruelty-free. The box is valued at $35-$75 including shipping. The Original box has a mix of healthy products (can also contain vegan products) and the Vegan box is strictly vegan.

  • What is the cut-off date for buying this month's box?

    You have until the last day at midnight of every month to order for the following month. Any orders received after this date will be processed for the month after that. We ship on the first Monday of every month.
    Example: You buy your box at 2am on May1st, you will be receiving the June box (shipped the first Monday in June) because it was past the cut-off time for the May box.

  • Where can I order more of the products from my Little Life Box?

    Take a look at our Products page for more information on the producers, the products and where they can be purchased.

  • Will I be getting any of the same products if I buy multiple months?

    We guarantee that you will never receive the same product sample twice within a 12 month period, although in some cases you may receive a different flavour/variation.

  • Why didn't I get the same items as everyone else?

    Our boxes can all be different, just like a surprise loot bag. We like to support local companies who can't always supply us with enough product for every one of our members. The selection is random and you will always receive 8-12 items of a great value.

  • I haven't received my Little Life Box yet!

    You can check yourself using the tracking number sent in your confirmation email or email us at support@littlelifebox.com and we will be happy to help you out.

  • Can I buy just one box?

    Our boxes are available as a subscription. We recommend you try our monthly subscription at which point you can cancel anytime.

  • When will I be billed?

    Our monthly subscriptions are billed once every month on the same day of the month that you subscribed. Example: You subscribed on November 5th, you will then be billed on the 5th every month.

  • What is our cancellation policy?

    All pre-paid items can be cancelled during the first month with the exception of 3 month subscriptions purchased during the month of September for the Back-to-School Special, those are non refundable. However, once the first month has passed all pre-paid items are non-refundable .  If you cancel your box after a payment has gone through, you will still receive that box, but the cancellation will start the following month. Example: Your monthly subscription payment went through on November 5th for the December box. You then cancelled your subscription on November 30th. You will still receive the December box because the payment went through, but you will no longer be billed moving forward.

  • How do I leave a personalized note for my gift box?

    Once you have added the gift box to your cart, leave your personalized message in the ''Note to Little Life Box'' section.

  • How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

    Although we doubt you would ever want to, when you originally signed up for your monthly subscription of Little LIFE Box, you were sent a confirmation e-mail containing a link where you could go to cancel/manage your subscription. You can of course also e-mail us at support@littlelifebox.com at anytime and we'll be happy to help but very sad to see you go.

  • I bought a 3 month subscription and didn’t know it was auto-renewed. How do I cancel?

    If you purchased a 3 month subscription before the month of July 2016, you were on the auto-renew plan with possibility to cancel anytime. Please send us an email at support@littlelifebox.com and we will help you out with this. During the month of July we removed the auto-renew on our 3 month subscriptions so any 3 month subscriptions purchased after July are not automatically renewed.

  • When will my box be shipped?

    We ship each month's box on the first Monday of that month and boxes take within 2-7 business days to arrive.

  • How long will it take to get my Little Life Box?

    Canada Posts' Expedited Parcel service ships in 1-3 days to all major Canadian cities and 2-7 days to outlying areas.

  • What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address by mistake and my box was sent back to you?

    Our shipping costs are actually well over $10 (depending on location) and we absorb most of that only charging $4.95. When a package is returned due to the shipping address provided being incorrect, Canada Post charges us full price again for it's return. It will be the customers responsibility for the freight charges incurred both ways.

  • How do I change the shipping address on my order?

    Our system allows you to manage your own subscriptions, but if you need to change the address on your order please contact us at support@littlelifebox.com to make sure that the change has been made properly. We have a tricky system with recurring orders that requires the change be made in multiple areas. Let us help you.

  • What is your return policy?

    We do not accept returned boxes. If a box is returned to us, we will have to charge you for the shipping costs both ways. If you have any problems please e-mail us at support@littlelifebox.com.

  • My box was returned to you. How can I get it shipped back?

    Please contact us at support@littlelifebox.com so we can look into this. If the box was shipped back to us because you didn't go pick it up at the post office of because it was refused at the time of delivery, you will have to pay the shipping fees for us to send it back to you.

  • My tracking number says that my package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

    If Canada Post confirms that a package has been delivered, it's because somebody has received it. Please call your local Canada Post office to verify what happened with your package. At this point it is out of our hands and we are no longer responsible.

  • I have an allergy or intolerance, is Little Life Box good for me?

    Our boxes include a variety of healthy items that can be either or all of the following: gluten-free, organic, non-GMO, vegan, no preservatives, eco-friendly or fairtrade. Unfortunately, we are unable to customize your boxes.

  • How do I use a promo code?

    Enter the promo code in the discount code section during the checkout process after entering your payment info. If you're having trouble, please email us at support@littlelifebox.com.

  • I processed my order, but didn't apply my promo code. Can you apply it for me?

    Unfortunately we can't apply promo codes once the payment has gone through. If you're having trouble applying your promo code please email us at support@littlelifebox.com before the payment goes through.
