Beetroot & Raspberry Vegan Smoothie

SMOOTHIE LOVERS- We just filmed our first recipe video and aside from decorating my smoothie a little too energetically, this recipe is SO GOOD. The best part is…it’s easy to make. I mean, you probably have most of these ingredients lying around already.

I will say that for this recipe, you don’t necessarily need the best blender on the planet, but if you’re someone that enjoys cooking and making smoothies, i’d seriously consider investing in a good one. This one is a Ninja, but I also use my Vitamix at home.

For this recipe, we used the Mixed Fruits & Nuts by Fourmi Bionique from our June box!

So all you have to do is watch this video and you’re good to go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 beetroot
  • ¾ cup raspberries
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 handful of mixed nuts by Fourmi Bionique
  • 2 crushed raspberries
  • Drizzle of coconut milk

Directions:

  1. Add bananas, raspberries, beet and milks to blender and blend.
  2. Pour into mason jar and top with mint, nuts, raspberries and coconut milk.
