Spring is approaching and what better way to celebrat than with a lovely smoothie bowl recipe. This one has a hint of cinnamon and tastes like granola.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 fozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp raw organic pumpkin seed protein by Yupik
- 3/4 cup oat milk (or any other nut milk)
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you obtain a homogeneous texture. Put in a bowl and garnish with granola, fruit, cocoa nibs wrapped in Yupik dark chocolate and Yupik pecans.
