Ingredients:
-5 cups kale or spinach
-4 green apples
-4 celery stalks
-1/2 lemon
-piece of ginger
Put everything in a juicer. Then filter the juice with a strainer and enjoy. Keeps up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
