Here's an easy, fresh and vegan salad recipe that's great for the Summer (or last days of warm weather).
Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 green pepper
- Fresh dill to taste (the secret ingredient)
Chop the vegetables and place in a plate.
For the dressing mix olive oil, lemon, red wine vinegar to taste and salt & pepper.
Voilà! Very simple, but so tasty.
